This contact information is only used by our office or by active class coordinators in order to contact the website member if necessary or to provide requested materials, such as information, products, and services. If you order products through the website, you will also be requested to provide your credit card information. Your credit card billing information is used exclusively by the Weigh Down Workshop only to bill you for the products and services that you have ordered. All of your personal information will always be treated with highest confidentiality.
Our website uses "cookies" to help make your visit to the site easier and more personal. This just means there is a special connection made between your computer and our system that will allow our system to recognize when your computer returns to our site. By using cookies to keep track of your visits to our site, we are able to provide services such as keeping track of the items in your shopping cart and saving your member password so that you don’t have to enter it each time you enter the site.

If, during download, the transmission is interrupted in any way, you can use your Weigh Down Store Account and password again to begin the downloading process. Return Policy for The Weigh Down Workshop
- In the unlikely event that you need to return materials for a seminar, this request must be phoned into our office before the second week of the class.
- Seminar materials must be returned in resellable condition with ALL components of the product included. Any workbook returned in “used” condition (written in, pages torn or noticeable wear and tear) will carry an additional $20.00 workbook replacement fee deducted from the seminar kit price.If cancelling from a seminar and MP3 and/or eBook formats were selected at the time of ordering, the same replacement fee would be deducted from the seminar kit fee as is applied for the same physical copies.
- The refund amount will be the seminar fee less shipping. This applies to all seminar and merchandise items.
- All returns must be received by our office within 30 days of the original order date.
- All returns must be processed by the Weigh Down office. Please allow 4 weeks for a refund or credit after our office has received your package.
- Electronic Download Refund Policy: If you are unable to complete the transmission for any reason, you may request a refund for your electronically downloaded item. Please contact the Weigh Down Office at 800-844-5208 or info@weighdown.com for refund requests. Refund requests must be received within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
Public Forums
The Weigh Down Workshop Website makes various message boards and/or chat rooms available to registered users. If you post any messages on the boards, please remember that any information you disclose in these message boards and/or chat rooms becomes public information. Always exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information through the message boards and/or online classrooms.
