A high-speed Internet connection is required.
Either Adobe Flash or Microsoft Silverlight players are required to play the class videolessons. Free software downloads are available for both of these if you do not already have one installed on your computer.
Due to the length and depth of this study, only the ON-Demand option is available. You will have a total of 18 weeks from the date you order to complete the entire 16-lesson class. You will also be assigned a coordinator and have access to this person who has lost all their weight by e-mail to answer your questions and encourage you. Each weekly video will last approximately 1 hour and we will ship the class materials to you (unless you choose digital downloads) as soon as you place your order.

You may want to consider purchasing a Journal for note-taking as there is no extra journaling space in the Log Book.

Choose The Option that Applies to you:

*On-Demand - You decide what time each week you want to watch the class. No "have to" class times. You will have a total of 18 weeks from the date you order to complete the entire 16-lesson class. You will also be assigned a coordinator and have access to this person who has lost all their weight by e-mail to answer your questions and encourage you. Each weekly video will last approximately 45-60min and we will mail your class materials to you (unless you choose digital downloads) as soon as you place your order. The on-demand class is great for those who want to get started right now!

*Select a Specific Weekly Class Meeting Time - Take your class online in a group setting. Enjoy fellowship before and after your class with share time and group accountabilitiy via a live chatroom. Your class will meet at a specific day/time every week (i.e. Monday 7pm Central will meet every Monday at 7pm Central for all 16 lessons). Each weekly meeting will last approximately 1.5-2 hours for video lessons, prayer and live interaction via a chatroom with your coordinator and classmates. Your coordinator, who has lost all his/her excess weight and kept it off for several years, will be there to help answer your questions and encourage you on this journey! You will also receive materials to help you apply each week's lesson. You will have access to replay videolessons at any time throughout the course of the class; essentially this option is "OnDemand with the added benefit of an online group meeting each week."

* PreOrdered Class (Online Access Activated Later) - Select this option if you want to order your materials now but do not want the online video access to start automatically at checkout. You will need to notify the Weigh Down office either via phone at 1-800-844-5208 or email to info@weighdown.com within 6 months of ordering to activate your online video access. Once activated, you will have 18 weeks to access the 16 videolessons. The 30day Return policy applies to order date (not activation date).

All The WDW Materials....BUT!!!!

Before Weigh Down Workshop - even though I had started religiously attending and was a member of a local church (at the age of 39 and NO religious background)I was still running all over here and there to conferences, bible studies and revivals, I was buying tons of books and pamphlets, I had more tape series and at-home bible studies than you could shake-a-stick at. I was giving money to everything under the sun, and signed up to just about every religious mail-out ministry preaching and even with all of that THERE WAS NO GOOD FRUIT OR REAL CHANGE IN MY LIFE and No RELATIONSHIP with God!!!  

BUT with Weigh Down and Remnant Fellowship I have not had to go anywhere else, buy any other materials or give money away like I was some kind of millionaire and there has been and is continuing to be AWESOME FRUIT and CHANGE in my life.  

The Treasure Series is teaching me to know GOD!!!

Legend To The Treasure Shipmates Log

The Treasure Series Shipmates Log is the most practical tool I own.  My weight has been off for 6 years, but I crave constant focus and this book is so helpful.  It forces me to look inward and when I give honest answers, I am filled with hope that I stay on track with my relationship with God.   Truth is so hard to come by these days and the Treasure Series is filled with the truth we need to hear to be set free and stay free.   The Shipmates Log helps me tell myself the truth about how much I eat, spend, talk, etc and just a few minutes can help me recalibrate for the day ahead!  I just love it!
