Shipping Information
When Will My Order Ship?
• All Overnight, 2-day and Express orders will be shipped the SAME BUSINESS DAY if received before 1pm Central Time Zone (Monday-Friday, excluding Holy Days and National Holidays).
• Most other orders ship the following business day by your requested ship method. Orders placed over the weekend (Friday afternoon-Sunday) ship the following Monday.
• Holy Days and National Holidays can delay processing but generally not more than 1-2 days
• Please also note that special orders (ex: Personalized Items such as Embossed Bibles) may need additional processing time of 1-3 days.
• Pre-orders and Backorders are processed and shipped upon the availability of the product(s).

Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order and based on the heavily discounted rates negotiated by us for you, with FedEx and USPS.

*International Customers – Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Weigh Down. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from Weigh Down will include a declaration indicating the contents with full value for the order listed. A package returned to us due to refusal of these charges will result in Weigh Down being charged for the shipping, return shipping and Customs fees, and future orders will not be accepted until these fees are reimbursed. We are unable to alter our declaration. Thank you for your understanding.
